Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium art supplies and writing instruments.
What is the best way to store my Faber-Castell markers and pens?
To ensure the longevity of your artistic tools, we recommend storing double-ended markers horizontally to keep the ink flow even. Fine-liners and brush pens should be kept capped tightly when not in use and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are Faber-Castell products safe for children?
Yes, our 'Red Line' products are specifically designed for children and are non-toxic, acid-free, and conform to international safety standards such as ASTM D-4236. Always check the age recommendation on the packaging for specific product safety.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your supplies sooner for a deadline or special project.
What is your return policy for art supplies?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of professional art supplies, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or sets that have been opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our online store ships to select regions. You can view the full list of available countries during the checkout process. For regions not listed, we recommend visiting our global site to find a local authorized retailer.
Are your pencils break-resistant?
Yes, many of our pencils, including the Polychromos and Albrecht Dürer lines, feature SV bonding (secural bonding). This process glues the lead to the wood casing along the entire length of the pencil, significantly preventing breakage during sharpening and use.
